Our Story
Sherri Morrison founded Success by Design on the belief that many chronic conditions are preventable with the right lifestyle choices. Together, Sherri, Dr. Tami Horner, and the rest of their staff work to create a space where their patients feel welcomed and empowered. At Success by Design, we focus on treating each patient individually with education, support, lifestyle changes, and effective medical therapies.

We accept cash and credit cards. We also offer financing through Cherry, CareCredit, and Affirm.
Our office is located across the street from the Bayou Club on Belcher Road, north of the Sam’s Club.
We don’t accept walk-in appointments.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment result in a $75 cancellation fee.

Our consultation for hormone pellet therapy is $349, including blood work. There is a small fee for our weight loss consultations, as well. All other consults are complimentary.
